Although it is a Psychic Synchro, as is often said, its effect is too unstable. There are excellent monsters such as Vulcan, and even Psychic behemoths with no restrictions. Impression that the brain muscle is too much and the small turn does not work.

Due to its effect, it has 3400 hit points, which is a high level of combat power for a level 6S.
But as already said, the big bottleneck is the lack of certainty.
Peeping can be done even if it is removed, but it is hard to say that it is an element that can be used in psychics.
As for Psychic itself, there are currently few cards that are limited to Psychic, and I think it would be difficult to prioritize it over other excellent level 6S cards.
